2ND ANNUAL SPACE COAST WING BATTLE COVID-19 SAFETY PLAN: The following rules will be implemented in accordance with CDC and Florida Department of Health guidelines. These rules have been approved by the City of Melbourne.
- All employees/vendors/volunteers are required to wear face masks at all times.
- Attendees should practice social distancing by at least 6 ft. when possible. When not possible, Attendees are encouraged to wear face masks. There will be signs posted throughout the event to serve as reminders.
- With 222,000 sq. ft. of event space, the event space could hold over 7,000 people and maintain 6 ft. of social distancing between each person. This year's attendance is being limited to under 2,000 attendees (last year's event sold out at 2,000 attendees).
- There will be hand sanitizer stations at each food vendor's booth.
- There will be handwashing stations setup throughout the event.
- Food vendors will be spaced farther apart to promote social distancing.
- There will be line markers for social distancing while in the queue for each food vendor's booth.
- All tables will be spaced 6+ feet apart.
- There will be regular cleaning of tables throughout the event.
- There will be regular cleaning of bathroom facilities throughout the event.
- Bartenders must wear gloves.
- This is a fully outdoor event for better air circulation.
- All Battle Bros Team Members will be fully vaccinated.
- Ultimately, it is our goal to provide a safe environment, but it is each individual's responsibility to conduct themselves safely and to respect the safety of others.
